Our info bee flies

For our Info Bee in the UNICARagil project a camera module was built, such that it is now able to create aerial pictures. These can be used to enrich the Collective Environment Model with additional information.

The Info Bee can position itself independently from the infrastructure and thus close blind spots of perception. During the selection and development of the sensor technology and data processing, special attention had to be paid to the limited load capacity and installation space of the aircraft.
